PLEASE READ CAREFULLY NEW EXCHANGE GUIDELINES AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2015

 

We have a limited number of each swoon-worthy style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, The Dakota Houston Girls feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible! Then you can head right over to Dakota-Houston.com and, if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your shiny new store credit to snatch it right up!

 

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

 

·         Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 7 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit.

·         All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.

·         Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or Exchange.

·         Any items purchased with an discount code is exchange at the price they originally purchased the item.

·         All restocked items are assessed a 30% restocking fee of the price the item was purchased only for items exchange for a different size (note: ONLY SIZE).  If the item is exchange for a different item the restocking fee is 50% of the original purchase price.

·         Exchanges are given by an exchange code at the value of the the original price lessor 30% OR 50%.

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

 

Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse. We will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)

That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter asking “who’s that girl?!” Here are a few things to remember about your store credit, and if we missed anything just drop us a line at [email protected]!

 

·         If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your store credit is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!

·         Store credit expires after 3 months, but we doubt you’ll hold onto it for very long!

·         Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

 

 Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. But take heart, sweetheart! Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at [email protected] and include both order numbers in your message.
